Driving school data processing information

This page explains how Kvalty works with driving school data and with people publicly listed for driving schools. It is especially relevant for profiles that are not yet managed by the driving school itself.

Controller

The controller is Kvalty.cz. For data processing questions, corrections, or objections, contact us at [email protected].

Why we process the data

We process this data so students can compare driving schools, find contact details, review course offers, and decide which school to contact. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of Kvalty and users in a useful driving school directory under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

What data may appear on a profile

This typically includes the school name, company ID, address, phone, email, website, links, locations, opening hours, offered courses, publicly available prices, school description, and public ratings or reviews. For sole traders or contact persons, some of these details can also be personal data, such as a name, phone number, or email address.

Sources

We use publicly available sources, especially driving school websites, public registers, map and review sources, and technical data providers such as DataForSEO. If the driving school manages its profile, it can add or update details directly in the administration.

Accuracy, prices, and reviews

For publicly collected information, we show source context where available. Prices are indicative data from a publicly available price list as of the displayed date, not a guarantee of the current price. Kvalty reviews are published only after email confirmation. Google reviews are shown as Google reviews from data sourced through DataForSEO; Kvalty does not independently verify them.

Recipients

Public profile data is shown to Kvalty visitors. To operate the website, we use providers for hosting, analytics, email, databases, security, and data integrations. We share data with them only to the extent needed to operate the service.

Your rights

You can request access, correction of inaccurate data, restriction of processing, or deletion where the conditions are met. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you can object under Article 21 GDPR. We will assess the concrete situation and whether our legitimate grounds override the objection.

How to request a correction or object

Email [email protected] and identify the relevant profile, what is inaccurate, or why you object to the processing. For corrections of public data, a link to the current source, such as the driving school's website, helps us process the request.
