Horror. The only thing Mr. Drahota taught me was to be stressed behind the wheel. He explained almost nothing, I learned things by only yelling at me when I did something wrong (without ever telling me how to do it correctly). No theory, no recommendations for quality materials, he spent a large part of the class either on the phone or shopping (and then I spent part of the class waiting in the parking lot in front of the store where he let me give him a ride). I then failed the final exams (which is not surprising), after a few years I started a new driving school and it is a difference like night and day. There really are good driving schools where they don't yell at students and where things are explained to them properly first. Unfortunately, now I have to unlearn many bad habits that I acquired at the DATO driving school, from holding the steering wheel incorrectly to using the pedals and gear lever too sharply, etc. But at least I can see that the fault was really not on my side and that Mr. Drahota simply does not know how to teach at all.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING!!! I regret my decision to enroll in a course at the Dato Driving School. Pavel Drahota is a person who has nothing to do behind the wheel, and moreover, teaching new drivers. If I had not had experience with traffic and sporty driving from an early age, I would be in a wheelchair at least now. Mr. Drahota absolutely does not follow traffic and so a situation arose when he sent me across the tram belt twice during the drive, parallel to the main road. In both cases, the tram was driving at full speed. Mr. Drahota did not notice it and appealed to me very arrogantly and aggressively to drive, a second later a tram flew by us and a rather heated exchange of opinions on my part followed. This situation was repeated once more during the same drive. I cannot imagine how the situation would have turned out if someone who was sitting behind the wheel for the second time had been driving instead of me. The other drives were such that Mr. Drahota often fell asleep during the drive, I deliberately drove into side streets and woke him up by braking. He confirmed that he had really fallen asleep by acting confused and not knowing where we were. My cooperation with him escalated into a situation where I was waiting in Holešovice for a ride, after 20 minutes I called to see where he was, we woke up Mr. Drahota and he told me that he was at the cottage doing the roof. I arranged a ride with him for another date which he cancelled 10 minutes before the ride. Since then, Mr. Drahota has not communicated. In short, Mr. Drahota almost killed me with a tram, he slept during the rides, did not communicate and stole the money for the course. By the way, I heard from an acquaintance, a driving school teacher, that Mr. Drahota's car, a blue Ford Focus, was seriously damaged. I do not know the reason for the accident, but I am sure that everyone can guess the cause given Mr. Drahota's abilities. My sincere condolences to everyone who has purchased a course here.

I recommend this driving school. Mr. Drahota is a very good instructor who will guide you through important routes, where the final drives take place. Don't expect any praise during the course, after all, it wouldn't be constructive, but his criticisms are important, which at least you will remember and try even harder not to make the same mistake again. I passed the exams on the 2nd attempt, but on the 1st attempt, only stress and unnecessary confusion played a role. The course was of high quality and prepared me for everything. I am very glad that I chose this driving school.
