Unfortunately, our worst experience with Mr. Horáček. We bought a gift voucher in Čelákovice, which we wanted to return within 10 days for personal reasons. However, Mr. Horáček did not return the full amount, he was very arrogant, shouted into the phone, insulted, etc. In addition, he did not respond to messages or answer the phones for a long time. I do not understand how someone can teach in a driving school with such an attitude. I definitely do not recommend it.
