Driving School Táňa

Táňa's driving school offers nothing that could be called a professional approach. I went through her training and took the exams three times, but never successfully. According to the teacher, it was because I wasn't talented. After the last unsuccessful attempt, I didn't give up, I went to another driving school and after the standard 14 drives, I passed the exams the first time. Looking back, I regret not interrupting Táňa's training and not going elsewhere sooner. It was a waste of 18,000 CZK. Ms. Táňa shows no interest in the student while driving, she often talks on the phone with her friends or has a snack with her feet on the dashboard. Her teaching style is that she never praises, but only highlights mistakes. On the other hand, she didn't even explain most things properly to me, and when I asked, the universal answer was that I think too much about it. During her training, I was criticized for being deaf, blind and clumsy. If I can compare it now with the other driving school, then of course it can be completely different… there are answers to the questions and no one brought out their own complexes on me. For comparison, there were only five of us in the course, only one student out of all of us successfully passed the exams. During the course, the teacher in the car poorly described the driving styles and frequent mistakes of my classmates, and she told them the same about me. Not to mention that she mentioned that it would help her if she could physically punish and that she didn't enjoy her job and was just waiting for retirement. When asked if she hadn't considered changing her car to a newer one (she drives a Fabia that's more than 20 years old), she just raised her eyebrows… why would she do that when she only has a few years left until retirement? She also didn't show me most of the places in the city that the commissioners like to drive to during the exams, which was also a complete contrast to the other driving school. As for arranging driving dates, it was always problematic, the teacher usually didn't give me much choice and a few times it happened that she didn't reply to my message at all and I had to write her the same thing again. Compared to other driving schools, where you write your own schedule when it suits you, it was hell. In my opinion, Ms. Táňa is burnt out and should quit this job and not spoil young people's first impressions of driving. I definitely don't recommend this experience and I don't wish it on anyone. I completed the training in 2024. I am attaching two examples of when Ms. Táňa didn't bother to reply for several days:

Absolutely appalling, I do not recommend anyone to apply, Ms. Táňa is very unprofessional and does not teach anything or teaches it badly. She does not pay attention when driving and does her own thing, demotivates all students and is very unpleasant and unsympathetic. If you are thinking about this driving school, definitely stop.
