Hardyn-Tomenendálová Driving School

Based on my experience, I can definitely recommend this driving school. I met Mr. Hardyn at the beginning during the theory classes, and then during the practice tests, and he was always nice, but he appealed to our preparation so that we could pass the course and become safe drivers. I took the driving lessons with Ms. Tomenendálová and it was simply great. Individual approach, flexible driving times, gradual integration into traffic, all with calm, when of course you were adequately warned for mistakes and warned about the importance of solving situations better, but what and how to do differently and correctly was always very well analyzed and discussed. Excellent patient teaching, I really have nothing to criticize and I thank both instructors very much.

I can only recommend the driving school to everyone, even though Mr. Hardyn may seem strict to you, he knows what he's talking about, you can talk to him about everything, he'll help you prepare for what he's up to, so thank you very much.

I have to agree with one thing, Hardyn is a strict instructor. I drove with him myself and he taught me how to drive. I just don't think it's ideal for a person to learn to drive in a new car equipped with all sorts of technology in a driving school. An equally large number of young people start driving in an older car that doesn't have these things. So later on I had to learn to park myself without the help of cameras, or to start driving uphill using the handbrake. The second thing is that I often had to stop when I accidentally hit a branch or drove onto the edge of the road, and Hardyn would then walk around the car for half an hour to make sure I hadn't scratched it, because of course it was a relatively new and expensive car. For me, it's pointless to have such a car, or to be overly worried about it. When you're learning to drive and just building up your own confidence, it's clear that you'll occasionally hit a branch or curb. I also don't think it's right for an instructor to text on his cell phone while driving during the first ride when he takes a student to a location. How should he set an example? He always arrived at least 10 minutes late for the rides, but instead of extending the ride, I always got it shortened by at least 10 minutes. So it was no exception that instead of a 90-minute ride, I only had 60 minutes. And we usually had to stop during the ride so that Hardyn, as the owner of the driving school, could take care of his business, unprofessional! (I don't remember ever driving for a full hour and a half.) Then it was no wonder that the exams were approaching and I was still unsure, of course Mr. Hardyn took advantage of this and almost forced me to buy more conditioning rides, where he reminded me again how incompetent I was and that I wouldn't pass the exam this way. (I passed everything on the first try) At the end of the exams, he asks you to write him a review and mention how difficult his driving school is with strict instructors. That's why most of the comments are almost identical - mainly so that Mr. Hardyn can boast the title of the best-rated driving school in Kladno. After my girlfriend finished her exams at this driving school, I thought I would write a review too. So I'll add her experience, she also drove with Hardyn and the result? Absolutely the same as when I drove, with the difference that she went home crying and thinking how incapable she was behind the wheel. Since she is more emotionally sensitive as a woman, she couldn't stand this pressure and asked for Mr. Bauš. Later, two things turned out - many students routinely transfer from Hardyn and Mrs. Tomenendálová to Mr. Bauš for the same reason. The second thing is that with Mr. Bauš it's about something completely different, a much friendlier approach, so a less stressful ride, during which he concentrates better. Of course, this time Mr. Hardyn didn't idle either and pushed his girlfriend to buy fitness rides even though she was no longer his student and he couldn't know how she was doing. Mainly to fill his wallet. And he keeps nagging about reviews.
