Ing. Václav Betka has been operating the CARING consulting and training agency in Proboštov near Teplice since 2006, specializing in driver training and transport personnel education. The agency provides regular training for holders of professional driver competency certificates, training for professional drivers, and training for employee drivers in accordance with applicable legislation. The operation also includes an expert office for motor vehicles with over 4,000 processed appraisals and expert opinions. Ing. Betka is a member of expert committees at the Association of Road Transport Operators ČESMAD and has served as a DGSA safety advisor for ADR dangerous goods transport since 2005. Training sessions take place in accredited training facilities in Ústí nad Labem, Teplice, Bílina, and Most.
