I chose Sunny Driving School with high expectations. At first I was very satisfied – the lessons were calm, everything was well explained and I felt that there was an effort to really prepare students for independent driving. However, after the change of instructor, my experience deteriorated significantly. Communication was no longer helpful, I had to deal with the organization of the exams myself and instead of support, I mainly met with criticism. I was repeatedly pressured to pay for additional fitness rides, even though I said several times that I was not interested in them and could not afford them financially. In the end, I decided to leave the driving school because I felt that the emphasis was no longer on high-quality preparation of students, but rather on paying for additional rides. It is a shame that, in my experience, the quality of the lessons has significantly deteriorated after the personnel changes.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sunny Driving School in Olomouc. My daughter won a voucher in a raffle, which was the reason why we decided to use their services. The first warning sign was the huge problem of even getting through to the driving school. As a parent, I wanted to study the training rules in advance, but I couldn't find them anywhere on the driving school's website and couldn't read the terms and conditions. That was the first major red flag for me regarding the transparency of this company. My daughter finally arrived for the first theoretical lesson, but after hearing about the company's approach and complicated communication, she decided not to apply at all and left immediately. The overall operation seemed very unprofessional to us - from the phlegmatic behavior on the contact phone (where someone other than the person the company is registered with) to the chaos in the organization. We then investigated further details from the surrounding area and found that problems with extremely long waits for rides, waiting for exam dates and staff turnover are common practice at this driving school. This only confirmed that our daughter's immediate departure was the right decision. We preferred to pay extra for another certified driving school in Olomouc, where our daughter completed the training and exams without any problems and quickly. I recommend everyone to avoid this driving school and choose a company with transparent dealings the first time.
