I took a defensive driving course with Mr. Kotál. I probably wouldn't have anything to criticize him for in terms of content, but the instructor's approach was absolutely tragic. He is the type of person who is offensive by nature. He basically argued with other course participants several times and his approach during the drive was such that there was no question of any education. Curt and passive aggressive remarks to most course participants, and I'm not even mentioning his reactions if you took a different position than him on a topic. A substantive discussion with this person is basically impossible. I definitely do not recommend courses with this instructor. PS: of course I am aware that there are shortcomings in my way of driving motor vehicles, however, the instructor helped me to eliminate them minimally, if at all.

I was very pleased with no waiting and the immediate start of the course. The instructor was nice and calmly showed and explained everything to me. He really has a lot of patience :) .. I was very satisfied and I will recommend him to others.

Mr. Kotál's very unprofessional behavior at the company training unfortunately completely dishonors his very high-quality presentation and content of the message, including very factual advice and tips, which he teaches. Unfortunately, he storms out and gets angry at the course participants for no reason and in a completely unprofessional manner. I understand his position, but I don't understand how someone can behave like this when providing a service for a client. I have never seen or heard anything like this.
