We were with Vega Tour at Orlí hnízda. Everything was fine. Great delegate Mrs. Olga Žáková. The drivers are so great 👍 We recommend them as a travel agent.

The flight to Holland (Amsterdam + Keukenhof Gardens) was not organized. The travel agency combined the bus and flight arrivals, which caused problems right from the start - our flight (4 people) was delayed by about an hour and the bus group had to wait for us. The atmosphere was unpleasant for the rest of the trip, although the delay was not our fault. Although we had paid for the services of a delegate, the delegate devoted herself almost exclusively to the bus group and the flight attendants were left without support and information. Regarding the earlier breakfast and the morning transfer to the airport, we were only told that "it is in our instructions". However, the hotel did not know about us at all and everything was decided at the last minute. The morning transfer and the Amsterdam airport took place without a delegate, although it was our first stay. With an organized trip, I expect that the paid services will actually be provided.

The sightseeing tour to Easter Vienna, which we took this Saturday, April 4, 2026, was very beautiful and excellently organized. The program was interesting and the atmosphere of the city was amazing. First of all, a big thank you goes to the guide Zdeněk for his extensive knowledge of Austria and Vienna and his engaging explanation, which significantly enriched the entire tour. I would also like to thank the drivers for a safe and comfortable ride. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, we would be happy to take part in another tour with Vega Tour.
