Autoškola Krnov, run by Ing. Jan Lakomý, is based in Krnov and is one of the driving schools with a long-standing tradition in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Lessons take place in its own classroom on Bruntálská street and the school has a well-equipped fleet for training across various driving licence categories. The school is an accredited training centre meeting all EU norms and standards.

Ing. Jan Lakomý teaches with an emphasis on patience and a calm environment that allows students to focus on thorough preparation. Courses cover categories B for passenger vehicles, C for trucks and C+E for articulated combinations. The school also offers refresher driving sessions and professional competence re-examination for licence reinstatement.

For professional drivers, the school provides initial professional training required to obtain a driver CPC card, mandatory annual refresher courses to maintain its validity, and full 35-hour retraining for those whose certificate has expired. Referent driver training for company employees and public-sector organisations is also available.
