Koutný / Popelková Driving School is one of the longest-operating driving schools in Jihlava, having started in 1990 and building a solid reputation among local drivers over more than three decades. The school is jointly run by Petra Popelková and Bc. Pavel Popelka, who specializes in motorcycle training.
