The center is operated by Martin Lukaščuk, whose experience traces back through predecessor organizations to the post-1989 era. The center's main focus is preparing professional drivers — from initial training for obtaining a professional competency certificate, to regular annual seven-hour courses, to thirty-five-hour refresher training for drivers whose certificates have expired.
