The CARING consulting and training agency of Ing. Václav Betka is based in Proboštov near Teplice and has been specializing in professional driver training since 2006. The agency provides comprehensive training services for holders of professional driver competency certificates in groups C, C+E, D, and D+E, professional drivers, and employee drivers in accordance with Act No. 247/2000, Act No. 111/1994, and the Labour Code.

Ing. Betka holds a teaching license for training and improving professional driver competency, and has gained extensive experience over the years in training integrated rescue system personnel. He collaborates with highly qualified lecturers and established training organizations. Training sessions are held in accredited training facilities across the North Bohemia region, specifically in Ústí nad Labem, Teplice, Bílina, and Most.

Lukaščuk Training Center in Most is an accredited educational facility specializing in professional training for truck and bus drivers. The center is operated by Martin Lukaščuk, whose experience traces back through predecessor organizations to the post-1989 era. In its current form, it has been operating since 2013, building on the tradition established by Autoškola Andrt and later Autoškola M+M Lukaščuk.

The center's main focus is preparing professional drivers — from initial training for obtaining a professional competency certificate, to regular annual seven-hour courses, to thirty-five-hour refresher training for drivers whose certificates have expired. For companies, the center also provides mandatory referent training for employees who drive company or personal vehicles on business trips.
