Josef Bydžovský's driving school is an established Jihlava driving school located right on Masarykovo náměstí. Koutný / Popelková Driving School is one of the longest-operating driving schools in Jihlava, having started in 1990 and building a solid reputation among local drivers over more than three decades. The school is jointly run by Petra Popelková and Bc. Pavel Popelka, who specializes in motorcycle training. This combination of a driving school and motorcycle school under one roof allows them to cover the full spectrum of driver's licenses from motorcycles through cars to trucks, buses, and tractors. Students appreciate the choice between in-person attendance and distance learning with an individual study plan.

The facilities include a driving simulator for safe first driving experiences and a diverse vehicle fleet featuring Honda and Kawasaki motorcycles, Toyota Yaris and KIA Venga cars, a MAN truck, and a Karosa bus. Beyond basic training, the school also provides refresher and professional driver training for corporate clients.
