Prácheňská Driving School, operated by Petr Kučera, is located on Vladislavova Street in Písek, South Bohemia, and specializes in training for Category B driving licenses. The school provides comprehensive theoretical and practical preparation for future passenger vehicle drivers. Theory instruction covers 12 hours in total, including traffic regulations, road safety, first aid, and driving technique. The practical portion of the course consists of 28 hours behind the wheel of a Ford Focus C-MAX equipped with automatic air conditioning and cruise control for maximum comfort during training. Training follows a proven methodology – it begins at the Písek driving range, where students learn basic maneuvers and vehicle control, then progresses to roads with lighter traffic before culminating in driving through full city traffic in central Písek. A standard course lasts 6 to 10 weeks, with the option to complete an intensive course in approximately 20 days. The school also offers conditioning drives for experienced drivers who wish to refresh their skills after a break, using either the school vehicle or the student's own car.
