AZ Driving School

As a foreigner to have english teaching courses, not many driving schools to choose in Brno and I highly recommend this one.

I applied to AZ Autoškola during the winter months and right from the start I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response to my application. The theoretical lessons were fun and prepared me well for real traffic. The instructor was very nice and explained everything calmly and without shouting during the rides, I would like to thank him for this. Planning the rides was also no problem and it was possible to plan two rides during the week. I passed the final exams, also with my friend on the first attempt, which made me very happy. Thanks to Mr. Zátrapa and his approach, I now feel confident and without worries behind the wheel.

Looking at the simple website, few reviews and low price compared to the competition, you might think that this driving school has nothing to offer, but the truth is different. The length of the course is very variable. If you are free, you can plan more trips per week, and conversely, if you do not have time, it is not a problem to postpone the trips to another time. The theory lessons are conducted in a completely professional and entertaining way at the same time. The instructor gives lots of examples and personal experiences from everyday traffic, points out common mistakes, and also gives you useful tips for the exams. The great advantage of this course is the lesson with a paramedic. Although it is only an hour, you will not learn so much practical things about how to behave in a car accident or how to prevent a fatal outcome anywhere else. Many people are afraid of driving lessons, but at this driving school you do not have to be afraid. If you make a major mistake, Mr. Zátrapa reacts very quickly and you are not in danger. Learning goes very quickly because he always maintains his patient nature and calmly explains to you whatever he needs. In conclusion, I would like to recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to not only get a driver's license, but also become a real driver.

After completing the complete course, I can only recommend this driving school in all respects. The theoretical lessons are given in a very lively, practical way and really give you a lot. The driving lessons with Mr. Zátrapa were absolutely great, he tries to adapt to the time as much as possible, he has a very calm approach and little can upset him. He always calmly points out mistakes and even with repeated mistakes he does not lose patience and is always willing to repeat, explain and help. I believe that he really makes people drivers and not just holders of a driving license. I think that if everyone went to him, traffic would be much safer and especially smoother. The exams were absolutely great and despite the initial nervousness, it was the first time. Thanks!

Although this driving school is one of the lesser known, it is definitely one of the better ones. Mr. Zátrapa is a great instructor who will definitely not cut your head off if you make a mistake, but on the contrary, he will support you and explain everything to you in detail 🙂 In my opinion, one of the best driving schools in Brno! I can only recommend it to everyone 🤗

To begin with, I must mention that I was initially very worried about driving from the previous driving school, which I did not finish. However, I was very pleasantly surprised here from the beginning, the approach here is very professional, factual and at the same time human in all respects. I must highlight the very prompt responses of the instructor 🙂 and his problem-solving skills. Everything is always explained in detail and clearly. I did sweat a lot during the exams, but the result is what counts! The experience I take away from this driving school is positive, I think the driving lessons taught me a lot. And in any case, I recommend it to everyone, especially to those who are worried about driving, just like I was.

The training went great, the instructor is patient and calm, which may not suit everyone, but it certainly did for me. The arrangement was excellent and the instructor tried to accommodate me as much as possible. The car is one of the newer ones and is pleasant to drive. The icing on the cake was the theoretical instruction, including a lecture from a paramedic. A huge advantage was also that I started the course within a week of submitting the application, which is a great luxury these days. The training lasts about 1.5 to 3 months, it is rather individual, there are no limits on driving per week. I passed the practical exam on the first try, so you don't have to be afraid of that. If I were choosing a driving school again, I would definitely go here.

Excellent driving school business card. Absolutely fatal failure to yield when one has to brake in an emergency. Is this how you teach new drivers? :) Your vehicle was driving without a training plate and it was definitely not driven by one of the students.

A very relaxed driving school. Although the instructor is very quiet, you will learn everything you need with him. The only thing that would be ideal in my opinion is to update the information on the website and inform students more about the necessary bureaucratic procedures. I would definitely be happy to take the course again (without the final exams)

An amazing driving school that I highly recommend. It was no problem to arrange for rides and I passed the test on the first try. It's nice to go to theory classes and prepare for the tests on the go :) The instructor is young and very patient and explains everything calmly.
