The drivers are absolutely unpleasant. The buses are almost always late. When I tell the 10850 driver that I want three zones, he only gives me one👎

Last-minute roadside assistance for a minor issue, but one that could potentially lead to an accident. Immediate vehicle pickup for a quick repair, despite no available slots in the schedule. It's great to be able to rely on competent staff who are flexible with their scheduling. Thank you to the whole team.

After my last recent bus ride, fortunately after a long time and perhaps for the last time, I can appreciate the willingness of driver 10716, who took the trouble to return two-crown and one-crown banknotes from a 100 CZK bill. And because the driver can't count, he returned a few CZK more. He didn't have any other small coins left either, I wonder what he was returning to other passengers. How is it possible that such a person would take psychological tests if something like this threw him off? I would understand a banknote in the thousands. However, this is quite stolen from me, I am bothered by the knowledge of traffic regulations that some drivers obviously don't have and several times I was directly threatened with a collision with a bus in the colors of Borsa. Drivers have long ignored traffic regulations, for example, letting another bus stop on a side road, but it needs to turn left and therefore have priority in the opposite direction, it is really not normal and it does not contribute to the smooth flow of traffic, especially not on Bratislavská Street in Břeclav. Another thing is using turn signals on roundabouts, it's a disaster. At least teach them to count, so you can make nice profits :)

The bus driver got away from me. The behavior of the drivers is absolutely arrogant. The worst bus company I have ever experienced.👎🏻
