At the suggestion of good reviews from former classmates who took this driving school 7 years ago, we enrolled a girlfriend here. I personally took driving school at a competing company, in the first days I felt that this driving school was much better, because it was more accommodating to students in scheduling trips. However, the quality of the trips themselves began to deteriorate. The teacher thinks that his good calling card is when a student passes the driving school on the first attempt, regardless of whether he bought 5 or 50 trips. From my point of view, on the contrary, a good calling card for a teacher is the ability to prepare students to master the final trips in the shortest possible time and with the least effort. However, in this case, there would be no need to buy additional trips before the first final exam. I understand teachers that it is more difficult with some students and teaching is not easy. However, they should realize that the student is a paying customer, and they should behave that way. If a student wants to take the first test attempt after completing all 14 trips, the teacher can have his/her opinion, but he/she should not be upset that the student does not want to buy more trips, at least for now.
Last but not least, the willingness of the teachers to pick up students anywhere in Opava is great, but almost every driving school in Opava offers this option, however, taking on a new student here means that the student who has just finished a lesson is driving in the back seat for more than half an hour on a sightseeing trip around Opava, where he/she will experience exemplary examples of how to definitely not park.
In conclusion, I would like to mention that I considered this driving school to be the best in Opava in the past, but today I do not perceive it as better than average.
I can only warmly recommend choosing one of the original instructors. I certainly do not recommend choosing the new instructor, who obviously does not have enough students and therefore forces students to buy more trips at all costs. During the exam, the instructor does not hold the student, but rather tries to gently push him/her down.
When after all this the student passes the exam on the first attempt, the teacher, instead of being happy about “his” good business card, is on the contrary angry, and it seems to me that the only reason for his/her anger is the student's evident lack of interest in paying for further rides.
