Dopravní podnik města Pardubice a.s. (DPMP) is a joint-stock company whose main activity is the operation of urban public transport in Pardubice. The company has existed under various names since 1950 and is fully owned by the statutory city of Pardubice. DPMP operates urban bus and trolleybus transport in Pardubice, some lines also extend beyond the city limits. It operates other business activities at its headquarters, which is the Dukla depot. In 2024, it transported almost 30 million people.

I decided to go to the open day which was like a celebration of 75 years of the transport company of the city of Pardubice. It was possible to buy a tour or models and various books on the topic of buses, trolleybuses and trains. You can also eat here. There are also various games and competitions for children in which you can win some prizes. For me, great for lovers of public transport but also for your children. For me, 5 stars

I was there for the open day and the event was great. I highly recommend the historic rides, everything was great and I even won a competition there. I will definitely come back next time.

Today we went in the morning at 6.09 from Ostresan towards Nemosice where every morning there is a bus waiting for 10 am for bus no. 22 which I change to and we go past the hospital to the city. We got off 4 buses no. 10 which closed behind us and left and no. 22 was nowhere to be seen and left without waiting for 10 am. My wife and I took a taxi because we wouldn't have time to get to work on time. Like a tragedy of public transport, the more expensive it gets and the worse it gets.

They never arrive on time Buses that are supposed to wait for each other don't make it and because of that it's impossible to change It's faster to walk

Tourist scam: when you want to buy a ticket, they say that if you buy it with a contactless payment card, the price is 18 CZK, but be careful, the price for the machines does not apply. The price in the machines is 25 CZK. The price of 18 CZK is when paying directly in the vehicle. However, the tourist does not know this in advance, because the conditions are not written at the stop and of course one does not want to travel illegally. Which tourist suspects that there are terminals in the vehicle and that the price is even lower there, when on the contrary, everywhere in the Czech Republic, there is a fine for paying directly in the vehicle. A really ridiculous system. I needed to buy 8 tickets, so I paid 46 CZK extra.

Hello, please work on the check-in options, only one terminal out of five accepts cards, it is annoying to run around the moving car and look for where to pay. It is nice to report the error number, but where do I translate the number???

I have to give one star. I don't understand the logic of the transport company to introduce a public transport line for regular flights from the airport. If your flight is delayed, the bus doesn't wait for it and goes according to the schedule. That is, if the plane doesn't arrive on time, this connection leaves the airport twice empty!!! Everywhere else, buses wait for delayed flights! There were a lot of people waiting for us at the bus stop yesterday, including foreigners, and everyone was just shaking their heads!!

On 7.8.2024 line 3 at 20:30 from Lázně Bohdaneč, the driver is rude, disgusting behavior, yelling at the whole bus. This is the first and last time I've taken the bus here. People like this make me want to vomit. If you don't enjoy the job, don't do it!!!!!!!!! I've been working with people for 30 years and I wouldn't allow this!!!!!!! Help, advice can be given decently!!!!!!!!!
