Dear Adéla, I spend x 90-minute drives (beyond the legally required ONLY 45 minutes) with each of you at the driving school for the purpose of really thorough practice of starting off, in order to eliminate as much stress as possible associated with the car stalling in traffic and at the same time destroying the clutch. So what you call an unempathetic approach is in reality the inability to properly perform a start-up, although it is an action repeated countless times in the past. Working with a clutch is a process that requires quite a bit of precision. If the clutch is not sensitive enough and is handled in this insensitive way repeatedly, every x minutes, 90 minutes at a time, excessive and completely unnecessary wear and tear on the components related to it occurs. And if I did not correct this insensitive handling and let each student, every x minutes, x 90-minute drives per day, 5 days a week, etc., etc., release the clutch insensitively, I can have this repaired every six months. These are repairs in the tens of thousands. Yes, the car is intended for training, but at the same time it is not intended to be destroyed and it would be nice if it served as many students as possible without any breakdowns. Among other things, I also teach each of you how to properly handle the vehicle, taking into account maintaining proper technical condition, i.e. do not destroy every car you get into after driving school. So if you are so offended by someone (the instructor) repeatedly asking you to handle the car the way he taught you and by doing so do not destroy it, then I really will not prevent such people from transferring to another driving school, you can't be mad at me ;) So in conclusion: I work with adults, everyone needs some time to learn something, I know, but too much of anything is too much. My patience (yes, I'm only human) has limits, just like my cars have their technical limits and there are things that, whether you like it or not, they are simply not built for. I also have to think about the other students, whose rides I will not interrupt because the car is going to the service station, because it was not enough for someone to tell them 100 times for each ride to release the clutch gently. Why they don't release it gently, I have no idea :) So yes, I interrupt rides for students who do not heed my instructions, it's no secret, because otherwise the training is meaningless. In the time that I have been working with people, I have come to terms with the fact that people are different - some will never be satisfied and will always find something they will not like. And I am fine with that. I did my best for you too, you didn't like it, you went elsewhere and therefore everything turned out as it should :) Good luck and have a nice evening

The theory is in accordance with the law, if you find it insufficient, you need to contact the legislator. On the contrary, most clients appreciate speed. But there will certainly be someone who is more comfortable with having to go to lectures for a month.
The number of rides also agrees with the law (i.e. 14x90min aka 28x45min), I do not promise more anywhere, at most I provide more rides on the training ground than the law states, which is 45min.
The working hours also agree - from 9:00 to 15:00 - were you not informed about this at the beginning of the course? I did not record any objections from your side.
Yes, there is a video on the theory and you have a textbook - I work with the fact that you go to the course voluntarily with your own motivation and the timing is purely up to you. I answered all your questions. If something was not clear, I encouraged you to ask questions.
The fact that the course/my approach didn't suit you is absolutely fine - you went elsewhere - fine. It doesn't surprise me anymore that there is always someone who is derailed by having to struggle on the road - compared to the training ground, where it's still "easy". My approach towards you, given your situation (6th month of pregnancy) was 110%, it's definitely not like I always choose someone, sit on them and bully them, as some people try to present in the reviews here :) So I wish you all the best, and may you do well not only behind the wheel. B
