I would like to leave an official complaint about the Getman Auto s.r.o. driving school, located at: Přístavní 531/24. My experience studying at this driving school was extremely negative, and I consider it my duty to warn other people. During the enrollment process, an employee named Yuriy promised high-quality training and a 3-month course. Future students were provided with information about a professional approach, clear deadlines, and full training. However, in practice, these promises did not correspond to reality. Theoretical classes were conducted formally, without a clear structure: regardless of whether it was the first class or the last, the same material was constantly repeated without a full explanation and a consistent training program. In fact, no quality training was provided. I would also like to draw attention to the financial side. The cost of services and additional payments that were required during training and before the exams did not correspond to the information posted on the company's official website. In some cases, the amounts were significantly higher than declared. The attitude of employees towards customers also raises serious questions. An employee named Martin, who works in the office, allows himself to be rude and disrespectful in communication with students. Administrative issues were constantly postponed, students were only given promises of "tomorrow" or "later", without any real solution to the problems. Of particular indignation is the fact that instead of the declared 3 months of training, it dragged on for almost a whole year. At the same time, many students were admitted to the exams without proper practical preparation. A natural question arises: how can you successfully pass the exam if practical driving lessons were held several months ago and were not organized properly? After leaving this driving school, Yuri opened his own school and began offering students to transfer to it for 20,000 Czech crowns, which significantly exceeds the standard cost of transferring between driving schools. I believe that the activities of this organization require verification by competent authorities regarding compliance with consumer rights, transparency of pricing, quality of educational services and possible financial violations. I categorically do not recommend this driving school.

Unfortunately, my experience with this driving school is very negative. The whole process is incredibly long and there were various problems with the organization from the very beginning. I was promised that I would be able to do everything in a few months, but the reality is completely different - it has been going on for almost a year. I successfully completed the theory and driving, but I have been waiting for the final driving test for several months. The last time I sat behind the wheel was in January and now it is April - and still no date or clear information when the test will take place. I find such an approach completely unprofessional and demotivating. The only positive thing I can mention is the instructor Mr. Kaprál. He was always patient, helpful and explained everything perfectly. Thanks to him, I felt confident behind the wheel. Overall, unfortunately, I cannot recommend the driving school due to poor organization, unfulfilled promises and unnecessary delays. I was finally given a date, see the photo, 2 days before the exam, despite the fact that I last drove 3 months ago and when I wanted to change the date because I have distance learning on the weekend, the guy said to me "oh, you have school on Saturday? Sure, then only in September" like what please??? Do I have to wait another 5 months to pass the driving test??? I can already see how I can pass it😀 Yes, imagine that it is usually like that in distance learning, simply over the weekend and unfortunately giving a date a day and a half before the exam itself is probably a mockery. So don't defend yourself unnecessarily that I don't have time for the exam :) ONE BIG DISASTER, THIS DRIVING SCHOOL AND ITS MANAGEMENT EVEN WORSE!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with this driving school was very negative. The instructor, Mr. Severin, had no lesson plan and was not interested in what I already knew. Most of the time we drove outside the city, on quiet and flat roads, which did not help me at all in real traffic in Prague. During the entire course, I did not even try reversing parking on my own once - only the last hour, which is part of the course, was dedicated to this. Learning this skill in 1.5 hours is unrealistic. After transferring to another driving school, I was shocked at what the lessons could look like - the instructors take the trouble to explain, draw situations for better understanding and repeatedly practice problematic areas. Mr. Severin did none of this during the lessons. Communication from the driving school was practically zero, they only responded when it came to paying for additional lessons. In addition, about a month before the exam, they changed my vehicle several times (diesel, gasoline, gas) and I took the exam in my fourth car, which I consider very unprofessional. The practical exam started two hours late. The driving school director was also present, and he seemed very arrogant – at the end of the exam he shouted and didn’t understand how it was possible that I had even registered for the exam. Moreover, during the exam, the commissioner closed his eyes and then started vomiting. Many positive reviews seem fake and paid for. I only give one star to the theory teachers. I absolutely do not recommend it – it’s better to pay extra and choose another driving school. If anyone has problems with the training, exam or registration for the exam, I recommend considering transferring to another school as soon as possible.
