Driving School Křišťan

This is how the driving school leads by example and teaches students how to park and robs the city in the process. For how expensive it is, they probably don't even have the money to pay the 30 CZK parking fee and they prefer to constantly cover their plates. They are not stupid at all that we residents, who pay properly, have nowhere to park.

I had an experience with a driving school that was absolutely tragic. They didn't teach me anything, communication was absolutely minimal, and the approach to students was tragic. I received a recommendation for the Křišťan driving school and I immediately noticed a huge difference. The communication was amazing - the instructor was always on time everywhere, he always made arrangements with me in advance and he never forgot about me. I was assigned to Mr. Libor Hájek, who was always willing to help with anything. He never raised his voice at me, he never put me in an uncomfortable situation, and the rides with him were really pleasant. He taught me everything, explained it, and supported me in every situation - which is really important. The instructor, Mr. Ruda, was also very kind and I would definitely recommend him. If I had to recommend a driving school to someone, it would be this one.

The biggest problem with this driving school is the completely inadequate theoretical instruction, even though it is a mandatory part of the course according to Decree No. 167/2002 Coll. The standard curriculum requires 36 hours of theory, during which the student is supposed to learn traffic regulations, principles of safe driving, reaction time and braking distance, distances, vehicle maintenance, first aid and procedures in case of an accident. However, my wife only received 4 theoretical lessons during the entire course, and these took place after several months, without any preparation and without a clear structure. The lessons felt more like an impromptu “what do you want to know” type of conversation than like real instruction. And even these 4 lessons only took place after she repeatedly urged the instructor and finally complained directly to the owner of the driving school. As a foreigner, she needed a clear and systematic explanation of Czech rules, but she had to find out most of the mandatory theory herself. A brief summary of other problems - We paid 2,000 CZK for English training, but the actual support in English did not match it. - The accelerated course promised for 3-4 months ended up lasting 9 months, without the instructor making any effort to complete the training or organize the lessons in a systematic way. - The fee of 6,000 CZK for an interpreter for the exam (about 20 minutes) is extremely high. - The instructor recommended buying additional rides instead of providing quality mandatory training. I must add, however, that the owner of the driving school was very helpful. When we described the situation to him and it was clear that the instructor was incompetent and focused almost exclusively on rides instead of the big picture, he tried to fix some of the problems and help with completing the course. His approach was fair. Overall, however, the driving school seemed disorganized and unprepared. If you need English or expect a professional approach and fulfillment of mandatory theoretical instruction, I recommend choosing another school - even though the owner himself tried to rectify the situation, the problems in the system and with the instructor were fundamental.

I can only recommend the Křišťan Driving School. Mr. Marek is very helpful, patient and helpful. He approached everything calmly, always explained everything to me clearly and helped me with everything when I was unsure. Thanks to his approach, I felt safe while driving. It is clear that he really cares about learning to drive well and without stress. Thank you very much for a great experience!

I am very satisfied with the driving school in Kladno, mainly because of the teacher who was very patient, helpful and taught me everything well.

Great driving school, I can only recommend it. The driving lessons with instructor Hájek were great - he explains everything clearly, has a professional, very patient approach and prepares you perfectly for the final exam. Thanks also to Ms. Denise at the reception for great communication and willingness to help with everything that is needed.

I can only recommend the Křišťan Driving School! I really liked the attitude of all the employees. The best was the attitude of the main boss, Mr. Křišťan. The latest equipment, lots of quality motorbikes and the latest cars from Škoda auto. I'm already looking forward to the next addition to my driving license. See you :)

I have only had positive experiences with the driving school. The instructor I was assigned was patient and willing to explain everything to me in a way that I really understood. He told me straight out what I needed to improve and what to pay more attention to, but he did it calmly and with respect. The driving school had a friendly atmosphere overall. I also really appreciate the professional, yet human approach, which was key for me. I can recommend the driving school with a clear conscience to anyone looking for quality instruction.

I have had an excellent experience with Autoškola Křišťan. I put off taking the driving test for a long time, mainly because of my fear of driving. But I got over it relatively quickly here. I really appreciate the individual and friendly approach. I drove with instructor Libor and I highly recommend him.

I transferred to this driving school from somewhere else and it was a great choice. They took me right away and within a week I was taking the exams, which I successfully passed. The instructors are nice, patient and explain everything very well. I learned more in three rides here than I did in twenty at my previous driving school. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to drive really well and pass the exams without stress.
