Hello, we are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we cannot agree with most of the content.
If the instructor humiliated and cursed you from the first lessons, you could have asked to change the instructor (we have 5 of them, I am sure you would have chosen, no instructor will be ideal for 100% of students), or you could have transferred to another driving school, in such cases we do not charge any fees. And a statement that if you do not learn to shift gears, you will have to switch to a vehicle with an automatic transmission cannot be considered a threat.
As for the duration of the training, we state the approximate duration of the training on our websites, and it certainly does not include the exams assigned by the municipality and the driving school is not able to influence this. Your training was extended because you canceled the rides for a whole month, and you were given replacement lessons at the nearest available place that suited you. If you had adjusted the time, it would have been significantly earlier. After the training, you should have received the exams within 30 days at the latest. If the municipality does not have sufficient capacity, it will easily extend it by double, and neither the driving school nor the student will do much about it. If you want to complain, please contact the municipality directly, as you did once through your mother, when you complained about the behavior of the commissioner during the exams, although from our point of view the exams were completely standard and you passed the exam on the first attempt.
And I fundamentally object to blackmail, we did not offer you any ride as compensation for the municipality's inaction, your mother requested the additional lesson, and there was no mention of it being free.
And of course, other students had similar experiences with the exam dates, because at that time it was a Prague-wide problem.
