I contacted this driving school with a completely normal and polite question about the possibility of transferring from another driving school and purchasing additional rides before the practical exam. I expected a professional approach and a basic willingness to advise a potential client. Instead, I received an e-mail that was apparently sent by mistake with internal communication between employees. In this message, the text could be seen: "Martinka, what would you write to her? :-) psycho". Honestly, I was shocked. Such communication about a person who only politely asked for information is completely unprofessional and very inappropriate. Even worse is that this internal comment was subsequently sent directly to the customer. The answer itself, which was signed by Nogová, was also confused and incompetent. It was clear from the answer that the employees are not even sure of the basic rules and procedures that concern the functioning of driving schools and the possibility of transferring between them. It is very sad to see that communication with a potential customer can look like this. One would expect at least a minimum level of professionalism, decency and respect. Unfortunately, I have encountered the opposite. If the employees of a driving school internally label people who only ask them a normal question, and moreover accidentally send such communication directly to the customer, it unfortunately says a lot about the level of their approach. I sincerely hope that the management of Autoškola Pollak will think about the level of communication of its employees. Such behavior can very easily damage people's trust and the reputation of the entire driving school.

I can definitely recommend the Pollak driving school. Mr. Karlík had a very good attitude, he didn't stress me out, on the contrary, he was calm and taught me the basics of driving well, in all parts of Havířov. I passed the driving school in a few months and the exams on the first try. I don't know how other teachers teach driving, but if I had to choose again, I would definitely choose the Pollak driving school. And Mr. Karlík 😉

I can recommend this driving school. The theory lessons were understandable and the simulator was very useful. A big thank you goes to Mr. Karlík, who was calm, patient and also funny during every drive. :) Above all, he always explained everything to me clearly.

I went to the driving school with concerns, but thanks to Mr. Karlík, the training turned into a great experience. His patience is truly incredible - even though I made a lot of mistakes and he really struggled with me, he never raised his voice at me and always explained everything to me calmly and clearly. He has a great attitude, humanity and can encourage even when you want to give up. I felt safe and comfortable in the car, the atmosphere was always pleasant and relaxed. I really appreciate his work and I am incredibly happy that I had the opportunity to learn from him. I highly recommend the driving school, the theory lessons were also great.

I cannot recommend the driving school, the teacher Straсhota was extremely passive on every trip and I always heard reproaches from him rather than explanations. I had driving lessons once every two weeks, I started learning in mid-January and finished (unsuccessfully) closer to autumn (which does not correspond to their 16-week course). Every time I came home, I hated every driving lesson. After realizing that everything was useless and both time and money (27 thousand) were lost, I went to the last attempt at the exam with joy and without fear, completely ignoring the teacher's incompetence in the past. The teacher always demanded more driving lessons, has an extremely arrogant attitude, impatience and passivity. I am dissatisfied with the driving school, for such a price you can look for other better options.

Good level, great attitude of teachers and great cars, I can't complain.

Terribly good approach to the driving school, I don't understand people who complain that they don't get training in driving under trams, etc. For that you should have gone to a driving school in Ostrava. Thank you to Mr. Karlík for the excellent approach to my training, the successful driving on the first attempt was only thanks to him, greetings to you Kněžík if you see this.

I recommend The instructor's friendliness, patience and positive attitude. He will prepare you without unnecessary stress.

I decided to go to this driving school because it seemed to me that it was the safest choice in Havířov and I really have to say that I left very satisfied. I appreciated the theory lessons and the simulator before the start of the drives. The school premises are also nice. All the teachers are very nice and helpful, but a special thanks goes to the teacher I had, Mr. Karlík. The teacher is very nice and funny, he taught me everything and explained every mistake. I always looked forward to the drives :) . I recommend it to everyone.

I think Pollak driving school was a good choice because you have the same car and mentor the whole time. I also liked that the mentor explained the rules of the road during the drive, so you learned something while you were driving. What I regret about the driving school is that you don't get to try out trams there.
