Dobrý den, chtěla bych si důrazně postěžovat na tuto autoškolu, protože úroveň komunikace je naprosto katastrofální. Jak je možné, že člověk platí nemalé peníze za služby, ale nedostane téměř žádné jasné informace ani normální jednání? Pan je svým přístupem naprosto neprofesionální, arogantní a místo skutečné pomoci mám pocit, že mu jde hlavně o to, jak ze mě vytáhnout další peníze. Takové chování je opravdu ostudné. Připadá mi, že místo férového jednání jen využívá situace a zkouší, kolik si může dovolit. Od autoškoly bych očekávala normální přístup, respekt a schopnost komunikace, ne jednání, které ve mně vyvolává pocit, že jsem jen zdroj peněz. S takovým přístupem rozhodně nemohu být spokojená a ostatním bych doporučila, aby si velmi dobře rozmysleli, komu své peníze svěří.

If I could give a minus star, I would. Communication is absolutely terrible. Mr. Chládek is either unreachable or doesn't have time. When the driving school is canceled, he postpones the refund for as long as possible and keeps making up and repeating random excuses why not to pay. After 4 months of dealing with the issue, less than half of the amount was refunded, even though the agreement was for the whole amount. Senseless extortion of money for registering for the driving school. I will never go to this driving school again

Mr. Chládek is a great person, he can explain everything and, most importantly, he is not annoying if you mess something up. He managed to prepare us all well for the exams. The course took me a little longer overall, but that was mainly because I was commuting to Strakonice from another city. The theories were really well taught and the driving went smoothly without any problems. Communication was also not bad. I thank Mr. Chládek for everything and I wish you lots of luck in the years to come.

I have had a very good experience with Mr. Chládek's driving school. The agreement has always been valid, both for theory and practical driving. I got my car and motorcycle driving license here and the whole process was without complications. Mr. Chládek's approach was friendly, calm and professional at the same time. I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality driving school.

If it were me I would give 0 stars. This person has been owing me money for two months now and I'm not even talking about the reasons why I left her. In short, having 2 rides out of 28 in 3 months is extreme. Despite the constant promises of more rides and their subsequent cancellation. This person has blocked my contact and it seems like he really doesn't want to return the money

I was very satisfied with Mr. Chládek. Everything worked as agreed, the ride and the theory were problem-free. Mr. Chládek was pleasant and professional during the rides. I recommend him. Great choice.

Communication is disastrous. When you call, they promise a date, but then nothing happens. Everything is constantly postponed and dragged out without any reasonable explanation. The biggest problem occurred when I wanted to end the situation and asked for a refund for the hours not taken. In addition, I found out that hours were recorded that I had not actually taken / had not completed in full, which I consider to be very serious and unprofessional behavior. For me, a very bad experience - lack of communication, delays, ignorance and a very suspicious approach to driving records. If you do not want to waste time, nerves and money, I recommend avoiding this driving school.
