Vážení na Dopravni podnik,Most je podano x trestnich oznameni. Hasek je odpovedna osoba - divize Autoskola - Vyucovaci metodika v ucebne p. Haska je katastrofalni,zastarala ,neprofesionalni. Odrika si v ucebne to sve a studentum se vubec nevenuje. Jizdy - se odehravaji zpusobem,ktery je na okamzity vyhazov!!! Vysmiva se vam,ponizuje vas,Rve ,vyjadruje se vulgarne,stresuje vas. Tato vyucovaci metoda p. Haska je standardem.

The transport company is worthless when there is a lockdown, they are not properly organized at all, the replacement transport does not follow up at all, the trams do not wait for the replacement transport at all, and I am not even talking about the drivers 🤦

The company could finally learn to work with its website and, for example, post news about sudden closures on it. The fact that people only find out about the complete closure of Most - Litvínov from E-Mostecko or from acquaintances does not seem very normal to me. Many people depend on public transport, for example, for their way to work, and they do not have the time or the mood to play roulette "will the tram run or not?". The same applies to the end of the closure.

I'll start with the good. The vehicles were well maintained and punctual. The ticket inspector was also very friendly. Unfortunately, there was only one Tatra train operating. 🤬🤬🤬

Today the tram driver arrived at the platform at the transport company, opened all the doors so I got in and the driver yelled at me and arrogantly kicked me out. Another time when they were handing over the tram, he stopped at the platform, how could I have imagined that the tram was not handed over. And he could have calmly said that the tram was being handed over and that I should wait outside until it was handed over. Don't behave arrogantly like this, if the driver behaves arrogantly like this, it's a bad representation of the transport company and the city

The daughter fills out the application for a driving school, a doctor's appointment, hands everything over to the concierge, with the concierge handing it over to the instructor, who will let her know when the course starts...after fourteen days of silence, the course starts, the concierge denies everything, and the girl is out of luck. No appeals!

Attention, you big-headed fool, you don't know this and you only have 200 CZK in change with you at the moment. And I normally don't sell you a ticket because they probably don't have a refund. What kind of transport company is this? 🤣🤣🤦. And of course the inspector didn't come.🤣 And the bus stops somewhere completely different than it should. The worst DP in the Czech Republic.😤

I went through the gatehouse because the building has a doctor. The man at the gatehouse was nice and helpful. Everywhere was clean.

Super clean public transport
