I have been working in the field of driver education for 18 years and I have to respond to such false and damaging claims because they are not based on the truth and damage the good reputation of my work and the entire driving school.

I would like to set a few facts straight:

Phone calls during training: During the drives, I fully devote myself to the students and I generally do not handle phone calls. However, as the sole executive, I sometimes have to accept a short work call, not a private one.

I did not answer one of your calls directly - you received an SMS message explaining that I cannot attend to you because the training is currently underway and I have to fully concentrate on the student. In this way, I try to prove that I really devote myself to the students and do not make unnecessary phone calls during the drives.

Behavior and attitude: I never use vulgar or degrading expressions towards the students. On the contrary, I try to have a calm, individual and supportive approach, because each student reacts to the stress of driving differently. The stress that some perceive is a natural part of the learning process – not a consequence of my behavior.

Vehicles: All training vehicles are in perfect technical condition, regularly serviced, cleaned and maintained. I also drive my children in these vehicles, which in itself proves that I take safety very seriously. For example: The vehicle has a new MOT from 07/2025.

Training course:
I was as accommodating as possible to your son – I always picked him up at the train station and drove him back so that he didn’t have to walk, and on the first ride I gave him 30 minutes of extra training for free.
On the day when the training vehicle was damaged due to my failure to follow instructions during training, I did not charge for the next 35 minutes of training at all, and I deliberately did not have the trip signed in the logbook. Although the damage to the vehicle amounted to CZK 24,046 and I could not use the vehicle for business for a month, I did not claim any financial consequences for the situation against you.

Billing and transparency: All payments were made in accordance with the valid price list and terms and conditions, which are publicly available on the driving school website:

Each student also has the right to a video or audio recording of the lesson, which they can provide in case of doubts about the teacher's approach. However, you have never requested or submitted any such documents.

Your statements therefore do not correspond to the facts and I perceive them as deliberately damaging. I was the one who was damaged in this situation, primarily – both financially and in terms of reputation.

This review comes from a person close to Ms. Woffová, who has previously published similar false and damaging claims. This only confirms that this is a targeted campaign against me and the Vacek Driving School, which has nothing to do with reality.

I would like to state the true course of events again:
The student repeatedly disobeyed my instructions during training, as a result of which the training vehicle was damaged. Unfortunately, at that moment it was no longer possible to prevent the consequences, even though I intervened immediately. Since everything happened as part of the training and under my supervision, no compensation for damages, which amounted to CZK 24,046, was ever demanded from the student.

The vehicle was out of service for a month, which caused damage solely to me - I lost the opportunity to use it for both work and private purposes.

The claim that I "left the student in the forest" is complete nonsense. The vehicle became impassable in the Palava recreation area in Blansko – i.e. in a publicly accessible parking lot, not “in the forest”. We both had to leave the place on foot, which would probably be understood by anyone who knows what it means when a car is left standing with a malfunction.

I repeat once again that I provided the student with services beyond the scope of the regular training, which I did not charge for, and the overall billing was completely transparent according to the valid price list and terms and conditions available on the website:

No “nonsense amount” was ever charged. On the contrary – part of the training was provided free of charge and not charged at all.

It is sad that instead of resolving the issue through personal communication, some people choose the path of public slander. However, such attacks are not based on the truth and are purposefully damaging to me and my business.

Dear Ms. Woffová,

Our driving school conducts all courses according to an individual study plan (Section 18 of Act No. 247/2000 Coll.). In this regime, theoretical instruction is shortened to a minimum of 11 teaching hours, and the teaching takes place in the form of self-study and consultations.

The terms and conditions state that "Enrollment fee + theory (registration, overhead, theory, PÚ, ZP) costs CZK 4,000". This amount is designed for courses conducted according to an individual study plan and includes both fixed overhead and administrative costs and a variable part for completed hours of theory and medical training.

For greater clarity, we divide this amount into:

fixed administrative and overhead part (2,500 CZK) – this item always arises and includes the costs of registration, registration, documentation management, communication with authorities, printing and management of materials, provision of teaching and organization of the course, as well as time spent explaining the conditions and communicating with students and their legal representatives,

variable part (100 CZK/hour) – charged according to the actual hours of theory and medical training completed.

In addition to these items, an amount of 1,000 CZK was also charged according to the terms and conditions, point 5, which applies to cases where the student terminates the course before its completion.

The actual scope of your son's education and training:
10 hours of practical training (driving) - driving takes place in blocks, each 1.5 hours for 900 CZK, total 4,500 CZK

4 hours of theory - 4 × 100 CZK = 400 CZK

4 hours of medical training - 4 × 100 CZK = 400 CZK

Administrative and overhead fee - 2,500 CZK

Fee according to OP, point 5 - 1,000 CZK
