He explained everything to me clearly and never shouted at me or stressed me out — on the contrary, he supported me. Mr. Zlámal is great, he explains everything and the best thing is his calmness during training, when he does not shout at the students (unlike competitors). I know several drivers who have successfully completed his training and their experiences were identical to mine.
