I can highly recommend La-La Driving School. I took fitness tests with Mr. Slupský and after twenty years of not using my driving license, I am now actively driving. His approach was always professional, kind and at the same time sufficiently direct regarding traffic rules and the seriousness of my driving mistakes. Mr. Slupský often gave practical examples of traffic situations and pointed out things that drivers usually do not expect. He brought lightness into my otherwise very focused, even tense driving with his humor and human approach. It was not the first driving school I used for fitness tests. However, it is the first one I can recommend :)

I can only recommend the driving school. Mr. Slupský's approach is professional, humane, and the lessons with him are fun, so I always looked forward to them. I learned a lot of skills and especially got used to driving, which was the biggest fear for me. Thank you very much for the great experience! : )

I can recommend LA Driving School with a clear conscience, and I really recommend it with all ten. Before I started, I heard only scary stories from friends about how driving school is suffering, stress and torment. I expected screaming, nervousness, tears and feelings of helplessness. I admit that I was scared and very worried about it. But right after the first phone call with Mr. Slupský, all these negative ideas disappeared. His calm voice, helpfulness and willingness made it clear to me that I had made the right choice. Arranging rides was always quick and without problems, Mr. Slupský was able to find a date even when I had a more complicated schedule, and he was incredibly responsive on the phone - when I needed something, he responded immediately and willingly. The rides themselves were a huge surprise for me. I expected tension, nervousness and stress, but instead I experienced well-being, peace and security. Mr. Slupský has incredible patience, he can explain everything clearly, understandably and calmly. He never raised his voice, he never made me feel that I couldn't handle something. On the contrary - even when I made a mistake, he was able to turn it into an opportunity to learn, he encouraged me and showed me that it was a normal part of the process. Thanks to this, I wasn't afraid and gradually I gained not only skills, but also self-confidence. And the best part? His humor. Every ride was not only a lesson, but also a pleasant meeting that I looked forward to. Mr. Slupský's stories, his jokes and perspective were able to lighten the moments when I would be nervous. I often found myself laughing and forgetting that I was actually "taking a driving school". I always left with a good mood and a smile on my face. For me, the whole training was not just a path to a driver's license, but an experience that taught me to trust myself, stay calm and not be afraid. Thanks to Mr. Slupský, I stopped looking at driving as a scarecrow, but I started to see it as something that I enjoy and enjoy. If anyone is thinking about where to take a driving school today, I have one thing to say: go to Autoškola LA and to Mr. Slupský. You will get a professional approach, patience, helpfulness and a lot of humor and comfort. If I had to start over, I wouldn't hesitate for a second and would choose exactly the same. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to learn right here, and I can say with a pure heart that I couldn't have chosen a better driving school.

I am glad I chose this driving school because Mr. Slupský's approach is professional, humane and most importantly calm. A big plus is the online trip planning and the price is quite friendly for Brno.

Are you looking for a driving school in Brno, preferably near the center? Autoškola La is definitely not a step away. The location of the driving school suited me personally very well. Moreover, it is within walking distance of the Main Station. This means that the driving school can be easily reached from anywhere in Brno using public transport, but also by train from the surrounding area. Autoškola La offers training for both classic manual and automatic cars, and both cars are new and, thanks to their robustness, easy to operate. In my opinion, this is one of the most important factors why you should choose Mr. Slupský's driving school. Among other things, the driving school also has a simulator. In my case, we only used it once and personally I think that the best way to learn to drive a vehicle is with a real car. So, in hindsight, I am glad that I spent almost no time on the simulator. Our prices are under 20,000 CZK, which is a great price, at least within Brno. From what I've seen, even the additional rides are in a cheaper price range. So if you don't want to spend a fortune on a driving school, choose Autoškola La. During the training, I was never limited in the sense that I couldn't plan a ride for a date that suited me for organizational reasons, even though Mr. Slupský was driving alone. Moreover, it was easy to agree on anything with Mr. Slupský, even over the phone. In the period before the exams, I was very nervous and was afraid of failure. However, Mr. Slupský was able to encourage me, explaining to me that I could handle the exams and that the world wouldn't collapse if I didn't succeed. In my eyes, the job of a driving school instructor is not easy and perhaps underappreciated, and that's why I admire the clarity and calmness with which Mr. Slupský handles it. In short, La Driving School offers training for both manual and automatic cars at reasonable prices under the guidance of a versatile instructor. Thank you very much for teaching me how to drive a car :)

Edit. Now I'm in trouble - the family lawyer has sent me a threat that if I don't withdraw the review, further steps will be taken. So instead of the owner objectively commenting on the justified review, he threatens to call the family lawyer. However, I'm editing the review so that it is better understood that my girlfriend graduated from the driving school. But nothing changes and the facts are exactly as they happened. The lawyer argues that it's all made up and otherwise he only has positive reviews. So I'm probably not surprised if the negative ones are quite possibly resolved by such intimidation, but that's purely an assumption. However, most reviewers have only one review and oh my, it's for this driving school, what a coincidence that their first review is for this driving school. But there's nothing wrong with that. That's all I want to add to the whole situation. No false accusations, no threats, no lies, just our opinion. My experience with this driving school was very bad. I started the course on 1. 2. 2025, with the idea that it would be completed in approximately 8 weeks. The reality was completely different – ​​the first admission to the exam came a few months later and the whole process ended on 29. 8. 2025, i.e. after almost 7 months, mainly due to the owner’s holidays and time off, which made it impossible to plan rides. During the training, the first 5 rides (10 teaching hours) were done on a simulator, although they were counted as full rides in operation and deducted from the regular lessons. At the end, these hours were charged to me again as additional rides, because according to the owner “the student was not able to control it”. Such double charging is incorrect and unprofessional in my opinion. In addition, during the rides, we dealt with the instructor’s personal matters – e.g. a ride for his phone or for a keg of beer – of course, on my time. After failing the final exam, I wanted the next drive and exam to be transparent and documented. The owner reacted aggressively, refused to register me for a repeat, ended the cooperation and even threatened me that if I filmed the exam, "I will never take it again anywhere" because the commissioners would say it among themselves, since they are all in the same boat and, moreover, he has a family lawyer who has taken the cats off the bigger guys. The entire process of obtaining a driver's license dragged on for almost 7 months instead of the planned 8 weeks, was unnecessarily complicated and accompanied by a very bad attitude. From my point of view, completely unprofessional and unfair behavior. I definitely do not recommend this driving school.

I can only recommend La Driving School. Mr. Slupský is friendly, calm and definitely does not fit the stereotype of angry driving school instructors. I have always enjoyed driving and thanks to his approach I have learned a lot.

AutoškoLa La is a great choice! I was completely satisfied with Mr. Slupský's teaching - his professional approach, patience and practical advice were amazing. The car was in very good condition and the rides were always pleasant, efficient and I looked forward to each next one. Communication was perfect, everything was clear and organized thanks to the excellently designed student portal, where I had access to rides, registrations, materials and other information. The driving school as a whole suited me perfectly, and as I already wrote, the car was in very good condition, which is also not always a given (see attached photo). Compared to the experiences of my friends with other driving schools, AutoškoLa La is clearly on a completely different level. If I had the choice again, I would definitely choose the same!

I took fitness rides at LA Driving School to refresh my driving skills. Mr. Slupský is a very easygoing person with whom you can always reach an agreement :) I enjoyed the ride and even learned something new. No stress or shouting. I hope this is how they teach new drivers.
