Dear Sir, you are not a customer of our driving school, you are a friend of a lady who wanted to apply to our driving school. You are writing the review under a different name. Really no comment!

Hello Mr. Ivanov, from the first visit - enrollment in the driving school, you demanded a discount, which was allegedly offered to you by a certain acquaintance of yours?! You were warned that the discount would not take place and you were advised to look for a driving school where you could arrange a discount in person. You did not want to. As for payment, you did not pay the course fee. You only made a deposit of 5000 CZK. Your approach is somehow very lax. You cannot attend the theoretical lessons for work reasons... As for the organization of the teaching and training, it is given and completely clear. Theoretical lessons go hand in hand with practical driving lessons. An applicant who demands mediation of psychotests by a driving instructor has no place with us! You demand a discount on interpreting from the secretary of the driving school, despite the fact that you will take the exam yourself in Czech. Your behavior is confusing and arrogant. You are a chronic complainer. You call the ORP management without being denied a deal. We are really not interested in applicants of your "qualities".
Hello Mr. Nikolay Dimitrov, according to all available records, the applicant with your name has never been to our driving school.
So your rating does not belong to our company.
Have a nice day.
Hello Mr. Ondřej (Hájka).
In general, for your information, I would like to state that the state exam in any driving school is fully within the competence of the relevant orp.
The dates of the exams are assigned to driving schools by the relevant orp, in your case the City of Prague.
According to the law, the driving school only lends a vehicle for the exam at the applicant's expense. Any of the lecturers or the examiner himself can take the practical driving exam.
In your case, it is not a case of confusing communication. Since the beginning of your course, we have been systematically warning you (the practical driving instructor, the office worker and the driving school owner) about certain gaps in your knowledge of the rules of the road. Unfortunately, this fact is repeatedly reflected in your driving. Instead of criticizing, I would recommend listening to your teacher more, attending the theoretical preparation class again and learning from the mistakes you made during the state exam.
Thank you for your review, even if no one from the driving school team understands it.
We wish you good luck with your next exam.
Bohdanko, thank you very much for your review.
We wish you many happy kilometers in life and on the road 🙌🍀✌️
We would be happy to see you anytime!
Dear Mr. Šimánek,
thank you for deciding to share your experience publicly and under your name.
Regarding the course of your training, you planned all practical rides according to your time capacity together with your instructor. We tried to accommodate you, especially with regard to your commute to Pilsen for work - rides were therefore specifically planned for Mondays and Fridays.
However, your communication with the office was not entirely standard. For example, on July 4th, you called repeatedly, although you received an automatic response seven times with the information that we were taking vacation. You also called the second phone number on the same day, and here you also received an automatic response three times with the same message.
You changed your phone number twice during your studies (once due to losing your phone), which you unfortunately did not notify us of. We tried to contact you, but we thought you were out of reach. Since you live near the driving school, the possibility of a personal visit was always open.
There are three of us in the office, and we all remember communicating with you. Your main contact person was a colleague who remembers you and your questions well.
We are sorry that you were not satisfied, however, if you repeatedly felt that we were not suitable for you, there was the possibility of transferring to another driving school and taking the final exam elsewhere. Students have this option at any time.
It follows from your comment that you did not fully master the rules of the road while driving and during the training you admitted that you had no relationship with driving - you needed a driving license primarily for work. Your instructor nevertheless went above and beyond and tried to prepare you as best as possible. He himself warned you many times about the importance of knowing the rules of the road, especially in a city like Prague. We were even more surprised that you yourself admit in your review that you did not prepare for the exams, that you "googled the correct answers on the second monitor" and that you only started studying the evening before the test. As teachers, this surprises us not only from the perspective of responsibility for training, but also considering that you yourself work in education - does it really seem normal to you as a teacher for students to prepare in this way? Your insufficient preparation was probably the main reason why we repeatedly did not include you in the exam, and we consistently insisted on continuous preparation. It was not a formality - it was primarily about safety and people's lives, which is the first priority in road traffic.
The exams themselves are assigned by the municipality with extended jurisdiction, and last year was really challenging in terms of their availability - in July we received only one date. When a single place became available, we tried to contact you quickly.
We understand that the combination of your busy schedule and limited dates was not ideal. We have records of all attempts at contact and mutual communication and are ready to review them together at any time.
We are sorry about your experience with our driving school. Nevertheless, we wish you good luck - not only on the road, but also in your personal life.
Best regards
the Driving School team
