I can definitely recommend Flégl Driving School. From the beginning, I was very professional and I especially appreciate the excellent communication and organization, thanks to which everything went smoothly and without stress. My instructor has the biggest share in my satisfaction - he was patient, calm and was able to guide me in such a way that I gradually built up confidence behind the wheel. Even if I sometimes didn't believe in myself, he always supported me and explained everything to me clearly. At the same time, I also met other teachers who were very nice and helpful. I would definitely not change my decision to choose this driving school. ✨️

I see that the same school I graduated from on 12.2.2026 has already written a completely similar situation with the same character by a completely different gentleman! Now I am writing Mr. Ivanov Mitko First of all: the profile of this gentleman is a completely different gentleman, it is written as Mr. Dimitrov...and there is no "Mr. Ivanov" in (Cyrillic) script. This basic fact alone shows how carelessly and unprofessionally the driving school acts and how it dares to publicly slander the client without verification. The driving school is trying to give the impression that the problem is solely on the student's side, but the reality is different. From the beginning, it is clear that the main goal of this driving school is to attract new people, collect a deposit and only then start changing the conditions, distorting the facts and creating pressure. The information they provide in their response is purposefully taken out of context or completely untrue. I never asked for any "nonsense" discount, as is manipulatively presented here. On the contrary, I tried for a normal and decent agreement, which was repeatedly rejected by them without any attempt to solve anything. Instead of communication, there is arrogance, labeling and personal attacks, which is completely unacceptable for an educational institution. Accusations of "chronic complaining", confusion or even disparagement are just a desperate attempt to divert attention from one's own failure. If everything were in order, there would be no need to resort to insults in such a public way. What is particularly alarming is that the driving school openly makes it clear that it is "not interested" in certain applicants, instead of solving problems professionally and with respect. This says everything about their approach to clients.

Very unprofessional approach and huge disappointment. They are very interested at the beginning – especially until you pay. Once they receive the money, communication deteriorates significantly. They often do not answer the phones, they respond to messages late or not at all, and information about the course is unclear. There is a lack of organization, a clear driving schedule and transparent communication. You feel like you are bothering them just trying to find out when the next lessons will be or how the course will continue. They are constantly in a hurry and do not have time to explain anything properly. For your money, you expect a professional approach and basic respect – I have not experienced any of that here. I definitely do not recommend this driving school.
