Hebeda Driving School

(CZ/English below) I had a very negative experience with this driving school, both because of the personal conduct and the lack of professionalism and transparency. During my second driving lesson, the instructor shouted at me the whole time, even though it was obvious that I was nervous and crying. He decided to continue the lesson in a very stressful atmosphere. The worst moment was when he forcibly grabbed my hand at a traffic light and pushed it on the steering wheel, even though there was no danger. His behavior was aggressive and arrogant from the beginning, and physical contact was unacceptable to me. After this incident, I decided to cancel the course. I was never informed of any cancellation policy and I did not sign any contract. When I personally came to hand over the cancellation letter, the owner shouted at me again and threatened lawyers to force me to pay the fee, which I never agreed to. The whole process was very unpleasant and stressful, but in the end it was clear that the truth was on my side — no contract was signed and no policy was announced in advance. Everything was conducted informally and unprofessionally from the beginning. In my experience, this driving school is neither trustworthy nor safe — neither in terms of approach to students, nor in terms of conduct. I do not recommend it. From the very beginning, everything was handled informally and without transparency. In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy or safe driving school, neither in the way they treat students nor in the way they handle their business. I do not recommend it.

The driving school is very well organized and the app for booking both the theory and the driving lessons is simple and clear. The flexibility of the dates is a big plus and Mr. Hebeda is really helpful and supportive during the exams. However, what significantly reduces the overall impression is the attitude during the practical driving lessons. Mr. Hebeda often raises his voice and reacts irritatedly, especially when he feels that his car is in danger. This creates an unnecessarily stressful environment in which it is harder to concentrate on learning and improving skills. As a student, I feel more pressured than motivated to progress. If he had focused more on calm and constructive feedback, the level of teaching would be much higher. It's a shame, because organizationally and technically the driving school is at a very good level.

I would like to share my experience at the Hebeda driving school. I do not want to discredit the driving school in any way, I am just sharing my experiences and facts that if I had known earlier, I would have chosen differently. In January, I joined the Hebeda driving school, quite enthusiastic about learning to drive. The website said that the approach was calm, with a smile and without shouting, which was important to me. But the opposite was true. Right during the second lesson, Mr. Hebeda raised his voice at me in a very unpleasant way and commented sharply on my mistakes. However, I ignored it, because he was an authority for me at that moment. But with each ride it escalated, despite the fact that my mistakes were not serious and were perhaps just a question. This caused me to go to lessons with enormous stress, fear of driving and stomach problems. On the 8th ride, it got so bad that I burst into hysterical tears in the car and the lesson didn't continue. After that, I thought Mr. Hebeda understood that shouting at me wasn't working, but his attitude didn't change much, and once, after I pressed the clutch faster, he threatened to drop me off immediately and go home. So maybe it would be worth considering giving people who don't like driving the latest Audi models. Anyway, after I cried after every ride, my parent noticed and decided to ask what was wrong. Mr. Hebeda wasn't shy about raising his voice even at my parent, as a paying client, because we didn't like his approach. With that, I practically quit driving school, I asked to transfer. I finished driving school elsewhere, passed the test in full and drove without a fault, also on the first attempt. So I really don't know if it was such a big mistake on my part. At least it's an experience.

Absolutely appalling... Mr. Hebeda is very unprofessional and unpleasant!!! Be careful, he charges a lot of fees for lessons you cancel late, but when he doesn't show up for the lesson, it's as if nothing happened. The behavior is very rude and you wait at least a month for anything and still pay for everything. I would not recommend Mr. Hebeda as a driving school in Pilsen. You can definitely find many more driving schools that will teach you more with less stress.

I want to share my short but rich experience in the driving school. Despite the fact that I spent only a few days here and completed only three drives, I really enjoyed learning with instructor Michal. After each drive, I learned something new, for which I am very grateful. Michal is a great instructor who can effectively prepare for the exam. If you have problems with test questions, he is always ready to help you, even online. Compared to the driving school I was in before, "Helus", this driving school is incomparably better. I especially want to appreciate the quality of the cars available in the driving school. Most driving schools use smaller cars, such as the Fabia, but in this driving school you have the opportunity to learn in larger and more comfortable cars. Personally, I want to thank him for accepting me into the driving school just a few days before the exam and preparing me for it. I am very glad that I came across this driving school and with its help I got my driver's license the first time.

Mr. Hebeda is a teacher in the right place. Professional and warm approach and a lot of practical experience. I can only recommend him.

I highly recommend Mr. Hebeda, I took fitness rides with him around the city and on the highway and I can't praise his approach enough. In addition to his completely professional approach, he was always patient and kind, he explained everything and we constantly discussed all the situations that arose and their solutions during the rides. For me, the best experience in Pilsen!

Nice approach, they prepare drivers here from refueling to tricky traffic situations. I also highly appreciate the pleasant ride in a super car (I don't even need to mention the brand😁). I recommend it! 👌 I wish everyone many happy kilometers. 🙂

I highly recommend the professionalism, willingness and approach of Hebeda Driving School. I highly recommend it. Three of our family members have already successfully completed it (16 and 4 years ago, and last year). 😉

The best driving school in Pilsen. Instructor Michal is a very nice person with great patience. I enjoyed going on the rides and I took new experiences from each one. During the entire training, in addition to learning safe and smooth driving, we also managed to drive on the highway, drive thru, in the city center, intersections controlled by a traffic policeman, refueling, emergency braking, etc. I was perfectly prepared for the final exams - tests for full points and driving without mistakes. It is also worth mentioning that you determine the start and end of the ride yourself. It is not a problem to drive beyond Pilsen. When I first go out on the road alone, I will be without fear. The training was really high-quality and professional. I am very glad that I chose this driving school :) Thank you!
