KING Driving School

Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality. Right during the first few rides, I asked the instructor if I would have this car for the tests, and I was told yes. A few weeks later, they changed my car, saying that the Dacia was going to the service. Although the car only went to the service without an accident, I was given a Skoda (quite big for me). The car was left for the tests. I failed to pass the driving tests for the third time. According to the commissioner, this is due to a bad estimate, which is probably caused by my height. I am 153 cm tall. The commissioner told me that I needed to sit higher and have a different car, and the instructor agreed (the seat was all the way up). So even though everyone knew that I would have problems with my driver's license because of my height, they let me shell out the money without anyone telling me. I guess they are not such inexperienced amateurs that they did not guess. The instructor did not warn me after a few lessons or before the tests that there would be a problem. As for the interior: The driving school building is quite small. We were squeezed in the classroom and sometimes there was hardly anywhere to sit. When it was cold, I was quite cold in there. Theory classes start at four o'clock, so I hardly had time to do it from work. The classroom is probably shared with some group, I saw toys in the boxes. In addition, the toilet only runs cold water. Unfortunately, a bad experience.

I finished driving school this month and I highly recommend it. Personally, I was a very nervous person when it came to driving, which meant that I was really afraid to start driving school for fear of a bad instructor and treatment. Fortunately, the approach at King Driving School was absolutely great. Daniel Janeček, my instructor, was very knowledgeable and was able to teach me - a person with minimal driving skills - to drive at the end of the course. I can say with a calm heart that the school's motto "With a human approach" really applies. When I was uncomfortable with something, there was an agreement and everything was resolved with the instructor. I also have nothing to criticize in terms of theoretical lessons and I appreciate that the school processes everything in a modern way and really advises students on the most effective study options. In conclusion, I will summarize that I am maximally satisfied and I recommend it to anyone who is hesitating.

I highly recommend this driving school, very professional approach and positive atmosphere, from the first meeting with the ladies in the administration to the instructor. For me, it's more of a driving school with a very strange approach. I arranged for a requalification for class C and a professional driver's license through the ÚP. Based on the reviews, I chose a driving school and went to King's. We signed the papers, saying that they would contact me about the first drive. The owner mainly wanted to know if I expected the ÚP to pay them only if I successfully passed the exam and did the driving, and if I had the money for that. About a month (!) later, I received a text message saying that I should show up for the start of the professional license course. Except that it was from a completely different driving school. They probably oversold me for some kind of commission and didn't bother to ask me or at least inform me about it. Oh no. I arrived at the course, they told me that starting a C driver's license with a professional driver's license course was complete nonsense and we scheduled our first drive. I won't name the driving school, but the teaching and overall approach were, let's say, pre-revolutionary, but I did the tests and drives. Even on the first try. Pecka, now only the professional. The course costs the same as the driving, about 25,000. When I took the liberty of calling King and asking if I could come to some lessons, the lady explained to me with a very human approach that I can't go to them, but I can take an online course together with twenty other people who do group B or "my" driving school organizes one lesson a week on Tuesdays at 3:00 PM directly to the professional. The argument that I know that, but strangely enough I'm at work at 3:00 PM and I can't get a vacation even if I wanted to, didn't work. No teacher will teach from 6:00 PM. Let people just arrange it somehow at work and adapt to it. Moreover, no one has complained yet, so what do you think? Thank you for choosing our driving school with a human approach, but we don't care at all that you're at work. Nice Czech. Human. So, professional, give the e-tests a good go and then let us know. We'll arrange a test date for you, okay? Especially if you have the 25,000 ready for us if you don't do it.

I definitely recommend this driving school to all people who are looking for a calm and professional approach and really want to learn how to drive. I would like to highlight the great online theory lessons with Mr. Greiner, which were not only educational but also fun. I literally looked forward to driving with Mr. Zedník, he is human, professional, and he really taught me a lot. Their motto "driving school with a human approach" really applies here.

I can definitely recommend the driving school, because the whole process was absolutely great from start to finish. I have known the instructor Ondra for a long time, so I can confirm that his calm approach, patience and vast experience are not just "at first sight" - it was really noticeable during the rides, and he complemented everything with humor and jokes, thanks to which there was always a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere. The arrangement of dates and the overall professional, but very human approach of the entire driving school were also great.

I was very satisfied with King Driving School and have only positive experiences. I would like to thank you for the friendly approach throughout the course. The theoretical lessons were stimulating and well prepared. During and after the summer holidays, the theory was taught online, which was great because I didn't have to rush from work. I appreciated the extensive learning materials on the driving school's website and Pavel Greiner's instructional videos on the Internet. Thanks to this, I had already studied something before my first drive. My husband and I also enrolled in the driving school. We had a great instructor, Jirka Kotulič, who planned our drives together, so we gained even more experience. During the drives, I drove through the center of Prague several times, tram intersections, a tunnel, the highway, and tried parking in an underground garage and evening drives. It should be added that I had absolutely zero experience before the driving school, and at 34 years old, I thought I would never get my driver's license again. But Jirka taught me to drive like a whip. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me valuable advice. There was a relaxed atmosphere in the car, so I looked forward to every ride. This motivated me to constantly improve, and I can say that I really enjoy driving because of it. Thank you for that! By the way, I also had good references for King from my brother, who transferred here from another driving school, and from my sister-in-law, who did fitness drives here. So I think I can recommend the driving school with a clear conscience.

My wife and I signed up for a driving school and at first we were worried about it. But we quickly got over it because they treated us so nicely and friendly. We couldn't have had a better instructor. Thanks to him, we looked forward to every lesson and enjoyed every hour of driving. So a big thank you goes to Jirka Kotulič, who prepared us perfectly for the final exams with a smile on his face. He is the right person. I recommend King Driving School to anyone who wants to get their driver's license in a calm and friendly environment. I took a driving school in 2017 and I think that after all those years behind the wheel, it's finally time to write a review. After all - after hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of kilometers without a single accident, one can objectively evaluate the quality of the training. 🙂 The course was led by Ondřej Vraj, and I must say that his patience and calmness should be taught separately or at least a study should be conducted on his calmness. He was able to explain not only how to do something, but mainly why - and that is exactly the difference between a driver who just passes the test and one who really knows how to drive. Thanks to his approach, I never made driving stressful, but a natural part of the day. The course was an experience for me, like going out on the road with a friend and he explained everything to me and guided me. Fortunately, since I've been driving, I haven't had a single accident or fine, which is, I think, the best reference.

I would like to thank the instructor Ondra from the King driving school for his approach, professionalism and, most importantly, humanity. Even though I live in Spain, I decided to get my driver's license in the Czech Republic based on excellent references — and I'm glad that Ondra was my instructor. He taught me not only the rules, but also how to think logically behind the wheel. I realized that the way you drive will be influenced primarily by the person who teaches you.
