Thanks for your review. I'm not sure if your son or husband told you all the information, but let's break down the situation. Yes, we had the car parked due to a recall. We resolved the situation very quickly. In these days, when there were actually supposed to be 6 trips, 4 trips took place, even though your son had not paid for the crash course.

Trip dates according to the license: 15, 24, 28, 29.7, 1, 7, 12, 14, your vacation, 25, 28, 29, 31.8., your vacation, 13, 14, 20, 21.9, 7, 9.10.

Dates of all canceled trips: 17, 23, 25.7. (parking)
8.8. (OČR teacher) and 6. and 11.8. (exams).

After the car was modified, we informed and invited the students to plan their trips. Two did not do so, including your son. A call from your husband to my employee followed. The call was very aggressive and rude. This was the first time I intervened. Among other things, your husband insisted on picking up and dropping off your son at home. The driving school is really not a taxi service. I will repeat again, your son purchased a standard course of 2 trips per week, without the Bolt service. In the conversation with your husband, there was also harassment of your son by chatting and lengthy explanations and overall unprofessionalism. I offered all the money back and to move elsewhere, but this was refused. Out of respect and understanding of your son's situation, I accepted it. However, during the seventh trip, your son told me to remove my elbow from the window, that by doing so I was ruining his training. Apparently I didn't understand the dynamics of this whole situation.
But let's get back to the problem described. All students knock on the window. We even add the comment "watch out for the cyclist", "right of way", "mirror, we're turning" or "watch out for the cyclist". It depends on the language of the training. Both Jakub and I initially evaluated your son very positively, until the first threat to the surroundings occurred. At the crossing, he almost ran into children, without reacting. Overall, your son really had a very smooth ride, but unfortunately also very indifferent to the surroundings. In addition, he also gave way on the main road, which was why we braked at every garage, at every parking lot, simply at everything, to demonstrate to Martin what he was doing wrong. This demonstration of a few minutes took place 3 times. Usually once is enough. Yes, we also recognize different commands. We are not machines. After the rides, he received feedback. You are right that if the teacher is not allowed to chat and explain while driving, such a summary can end up having a very negative effect. But that is how it was requested. Because Martin cannot just drive recklessly as he pleases. Again, smoothly, but without regard to his surroundings. Our fears were confirmed during the final tests number one. Beautiful and smooth driving, but aggressive and indifferent, Only to the words of the commissioner. Additional drives followed. No change, only the aggression increased. During one drive with me, your son wanted to run a red light and then drive off the traffic island during the first 5 minutes. I intervened in his driving, he went against the steering wheel and unfortunately injured my hand. Again, without reaction. A colleague took over the drive and I went to the emergency room. Everything culminated during further drives, where your husband drove behind my colleague the whole time. He created sterile conditions, deliberately kept a distance of 8 meters at every uphill start, and thus created several very dangerous situations where he stopped on the main road and let his son off the side road. I was informed about all this information by phone. So after the last ride I went to ask what it actually meant. Your husband started shouting at me, he was very arrogant, waved his hand right in front of my face and was indifferent to our comments. My assessment of dangerous situations received the answer that it was a training vehicle. When I commented on the dangerousness of the situations, that we are a driving school and about my injuries, he simply told me that I am a teacher, so what, that is what I am paid for. For this reaction, I really expelled your son from the driving school. Because I simply do not.
