Why won't the reviewer sign? I estimate that it will be a person who was not admitted to the driving school for reasons of unpreparedness, received 8 free driving lessons during the course of the course and still owes the driving school 1200 CZK. And finally, after being admitted to the exams, the person in question passed them on the first try.
A classic example of "Begging for a favor". But that's life.
