You can never please everyone in life. My experience with the Pelikán driving school was quite excellent. Due to the points I had to repeat the driving school, there was a professional approach and I passed the exams just fine. A person has to learn and everything depends on the personal approach from each side. During every ride I paid attention to the traffic and not if the instructor had a strange look or was joking. If someone is a jerk and can't drive, I understand... I can recommend it from my experience.

A driving school where the owner or employees park like s**t, slowly preventing other vehicles from leaving, they have no business teaching. I understand that they want to advertise, but if I'm trying to do that, I'll park normally! I'm not surprised that a bunch of people park exactly the same way when they see such a "pattern". Or the second option is, the people in question live nearby (I highly doubt it, I've only seen them there twice in X years) and are too lazy to park further away, as they would have to take more steps, which would obviously be fatal for them.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the driving school. I don't like to name names in reviews, so I'll write about all the instructors in general. I really didn't like driving with most of them. They were downright nervous, arrogant, and at the first failure they'll immediately hysterically stomp on your pedal. The driving lessons really didn't do anything for me. The cars have such loose gear levers (probably from the students) that you had to really lean on them to shift gears. I understand that the students are giving it a hard time, but for that money they can at least fix it a little. The driving school is also quite expensive (purchased a ride of 1200.-) retake exam 600 plus 400 at the Magistrat. Plus fees for transferring to another driving school 500?! You give them the five hundred just for the lady in the office rummaging in a drawer and handing you a piece of paper, you have to physically transfer it to the driving school. The theoretical teaching spaces are also cramped, poorly ventilated and when they show you something through a projector during theoretical lessons, it is truly terrifying for people who wear glasses (the room is too small for the projector). I switched to another driving school and compared to this experience it was absolutely different.
