I would describe Mr. Mikule's approach as professional and at the same time human/kind. He does not yell at you for mistakes, on the contrary, he explains why they occurred and how to avoid them. I appreciate his patience, calmness and friendly atmosphere during the rides. There was no problem with planning the rides, he always complied and we were able to agree.
