As an occasional visitor to this city, I see more positive aspects and efforts to improve. Criticism of the terminal is frequent, but from my point of view it is one of the better ones in terms of architectural design. It is unmistakable and one of the few that continues the tradition of distinctive clocks. There is an information office with helpful staff. Cleanliness is not only the responsibility of the operator, but also of the users and residents of the city. I admire the bus drivers, how they manage to weave through the winding streets and heavy traffic in this ancient hilly city.

You screwed up today! Such behavior towards an elderly person is inexcusable! I won't go into detail about what happened here. Everything is being resolved. And next time, be careful!

The company should think about who they employ. Lately, drivers have been unpleasant, grumpy and aggressive behind the wheel. Not to mention that they often do not respect the position of the stop and, without having an obstacle in front of them on the road, they park wherever they want.
