we are responding to your review, based on demonstrable data.
The start of the lesson and training follows payment, not by submitting an application.
The son has demonstrably apologized several times and we add that we have never charged a fee for late cancellation of trips.
Most clients starting in the same period ended several months earlier.
A simple calculation proves that the trips were not with the spacing you stated, then everything would have taken a year and a half!

Just for completeness, we add that both the daughter and the son succeeded on the first test.

Hello,
given that we are being attacked here, we are forced to comment on the whole matter.
We state that the salary was paid on time and in FULL, including the duly paid unannounced leave, to the account of the person concerned and we are ready to fully cooperate with the authorities in this matter. None of the 3 calculations claimed by the person concerned has any mathematical justification. The salary is paid net, not gross, and 1 hour is 60 minutes, not 2x 45 minutes.
It is strange that we owe you as the number one company in the row...
