Ulrich Driving School

Really very bad experience. Driving once every 14 days. Very arrogant and aggressive attitude, as if the gentleman was under the influence of alcohol. Frequent excuses via SMS, he wrote even late at night, just nonsense.. I did my papers with him for 6 months for group B, when a few days before the exam he texted me at night that he was canceling the exams due to his injury, I decided to stop working with him and go to another driving school. A few days later, when I handed over the papers, the gentleman was fine at all, he had no injury. He was just making things up and trying to postpone the exams as if he should do them.. I felt bad and stressed every time I drove. I had no theory, no teaching and training in health. preparations, vehicle maintenance, just nothing.. just driving once every 14 days, during which he was able to stress me out, bang on the dashboard and raise his voice at me while driving, instead of explaining it to me, showing me.. A terrible experience, I definitely do not recommend!!!

I had a very negative experience with this driving school. Mr. Ulrich not only does not care about his students, but he also behaves very unprofessionally. What really disappointed me was that he wrote down 3 rides for me as 6, which I consider to be a fraud. When I asked him about it, he justified it by saying that it was "like at school". This approach is absolutely unacceptable and unethical, because I paid for 3 rides, but in reality they were written down for me as 6, which is completely unfair to the customer. Moreover, the rides only lasted 45 minutes, even though they were written down as two hours, which seems to me to be another fraud. When I pointed this out, Mr. Ulrich did not pay attention to it at all and avoided any solution. My last ride was that Mr. Ulrich drove me to Líšťany and after 5 minutes told me that it was pointless and recommended that I switch to an automatic. I will not even comment on this, because it speaks for itself. I would also like to point out that Mr. Ulrich had no interest in my lessons at all, and I had to initiate everything. That seems really terrible to me from someone who took money for his services. He expected every student to already know how to drive, and if that wasn't the case, instead of helping me, he didn't pay attention to me at all. When I tried to solve any problem, Mr. Ulrich didn't bother to pick up the phone and didn't communicate. After eight months, when I had only driven 3 times, I decided to switch to a competitor. Instead of Mr. Ulrich devoting his time and support to me, he recommended that I switch to an automatic, which is a very irresponsible approach. I'm not the only one who has had a negative experience with this driving school, and now I regret not switching earlier. I am more than satisfied and excited about the approach and quality of teaching at the new driving school. I definitely do not recommend this driving school. I had a bad experience not only with the approach to teaching, but also with fraudulent behavior. I regret ever paying the money and I warn others against this unethical approach.

Terrible attitude.. Mr. Ulrich writes for each ride that he drove with the student for 2 hours, although one ride was about 40 minutes.. moreover, he has an unprofessional attitude and is hasty. I definitely do not recommend.
