V&V Driving School

Today I had an unpleasant experience with the instructor of this driving school at a gas station. I was standing there legally with my child who was eating, and the instructor got out of the car and started behaving arrogantly, insulting me and using inappropriate remarks, even in front of the child. I understand that he could have wanted to drive, and he had the right to drive, but the way of communication was unnecessarily conflicting and unprofessional. I subsequently resolved the situation by phone with the driving school, where I was repeatedly interrupted and the whole situation was minimized, saying that it certainly did not happen as I describe. Such an approach to the customer sincerely disappointed me, as did the behavior of the instructor himself. I would expect not only professional behavior on the road from a driving school, but also decent and respectful communication when dealing with similar situations.

Great experience from start to finish. The instructors are helpful, they explain everything calmly and make you feel more confident behind the wheel. Nice atmosphere and good preparation for real driving. I recommend!

I would like to thank the entire driving school for their great approach and professional guidance. From the first drive to the final exam, I felt calm and confident. The instructors were patient, explained everything clearly and were able to prepare me not only for the exams, but also for real driving. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere, individual approach and willingness to always give advice.
